Blossom Yoga follows the same teachings of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Singapore. At Blossom Yoga, we teach classical hatha yoga, with each class beginning with breathing exercises, followed by sun salutations and 12 basic asanas and their variations. It's a sequence carefully compiled by founder Swami Vishnu Devananda. You will learn why one posture is followed by another, in that specific sequence, for the maximum benefit.
